Event Time and Date
Events include a keynote lecture by Dr. Amanda Bryant-Friedrich (Dean of Graduate Studies at University of Toledo), a panel discussion with prominent leaders in the Knoxville community, and poster and oral presentations by self-identifying women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. Most will be UT undergraduate and graduate students but we encourage post docs and faculty from UT, ORNL, or others to submit an abstract through out website: http://cfwstem.weebly.com by March 1st, 2017 11:59 PM. We are also looking for faculty judges to evaluate presenters! Submit your availability through our website too! The symposium will be hosted at Hodges library and is free an open to the public. Door prizes will be given throughout the day so check in at the registration table to pick up a program and check out all the amazing research being done here at UT!
